I read somewhere that 95% of people that lose weight end up putting it back on! That's a pretty terrifying statistic isn't it?! But having said that, the longer that you keep it off the better chance you have of keeping it off! OK, that's slightly more reassuring I suppose.
Having lost over 52kg's in 20 months, what is the next thing to do? Well I've spent quite a bit of time on the net checking out weight loss blogs, websites, forums and the like, but there just aren't as many sites or blogs out there that really try to delve into Maintenance. What it involves, what it takes, what it really means to lose alot of weight or a little bit of weight AND keep it off.
